Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service custom carefully before using the RatoArt service.

1. Services

RatoArt provides 3D modeling services for creating printable STL files. Services are provided on a per-project basis with a standard fee of $29 unless otherwise negotiated for complex projects.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client is granted commercial usage rights for the custom STL files created for their specific project.

3. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of digital design work, refunds are generally not provided once the design phase has begun. We offer revisions to ensure satisfaction.

4. Limitation of Liability

RatoArt is not responsible for any damage to 3D printers or other equipment resulting from the use of our files. Users are responsible for their own printer settings and safety.
